We are shifting to a dedicated B2B structure to work directly with music stores, distributors, and institutions worldwide. This allows us to focus fully on craftsmanship, consistency, and long-term partnerships — the same principles that shaped our Artist Series.

Can I still see the products online?

Yes. All product lines, specifications, and Artist Series details will remain visible on our website. Only direct sales are changing.

Where can I buy PICARDE mallets now?

PICARDE products will be available through selected stores and distributors. As we expand this network, we will share retailer information. In the meantime, feel free to contact us and we will guide you to the nearest option.

I am a private customer. How do I get help?

You can reach us anytime at shop@picarde.com, or via our social media channels. We’re here to answer questions about models, availability, or where to find a store that carries our products.

I am a store or distributor. How can I stock PICARDE products?

Will the Artist Series and other lines stay the same?

Yes. All existing series remain part of our collection. Only the distribution model changes — the craftsmanship, materials, and philosophy behind PICARDE stay exactly as they are.

When does the change take effect?

The transition begins now. As the webshop closes, retail partners will gradually take over availability in different regions.
